Sadie is incredible! She has changed our lives for the better! She meets you where you are at, and goes at the pace you are willing to go. I cannot say enough about the positive impact this clinic has had on my life! As someone with lupus and recently diagnosed hypothyroidism, I was feeling extremely exhausted, my weight kept creeping up, and my emotional state was constantly low. Sadie and Cristina have been great to work with. I have been on their program for a little over 3 months and am learning new habits, I am sleeping better, and I am losing weight and reducing inflammation and insulin resistance. My 90-day blood work improved in almost every category! When I first signed up, I thought that I already knew what to do, but just needed some accountability. Which was definitely needed. But I also learned a lot. It is really true that "you don't know what you don't know". Now I have completely reset my course towards a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. 5 stars.
