When my nervous system is fried or I can’t seem To calm it or help my body feel safe with my usual tools I call Hannah and Darci Barton for a two hour session.

Sometimes it’s blocked emotions, or something I’m struggling to process and my body feels locked up…sometimes I can’t sleep bc I’m feeling tense and agitated…whatever it is I know they can help me by meeting my body where it is and being it to a gentle, soft landing back in ease.

The depth and range of what they provide goes far beyond the table, and it’s why they are an irreplaceable part of my wellness routine.
