Can’t say enough good things about my experience with family-run FJ Auto. I ended up buying a box truck from them while also selling my Honda, and both experiences were very positive.
Three words I’d use to describe the care and transparency i received would be ‘Above And Beyond.’ My Honda wouldn’t start because of an alternator issue, but I was planning on using it to go towards my new truck; to expedite the process, they actually towed it from my home to their lot for me.
The whole staff there is amazing, from Don the owner, to those running the office and taking you on the test drive.
And What really stood out to me, and why I’ll recommend this place, is that we’re no high-pressure tactics used. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be persuaded into anything, it was just a nice simple experience from beginning to end.
Though I came specifically for the box truck, I did notice that they had a lot of really nice consumer cars, but also some unique transportation, like a funky fridge van that looked like a space ship.
If you’re looking to sell a car or buy a car, definitely make FJ auto one of your stops. From my experience, you won’t need to shop around anywhere else.

I got this “FORD FOCUS 2010 SE” a few months ago and hasn’t disappointed since day of me buying it. I got it 93,000miles, I got it to 100,000miles + , only thing I’ve done are a few oil changes, coolant fluid change, tires. They got the best deals if you give them a good downpayment. They also got the best cars in North Hollywood.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra from FJ auto sales. Don and John both were amazing. Don streamlined the buying experience and John took me for a great test drive and explained so much about the car. I will be returning for the next car I need to buy for sure. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Was sad to see so many rough reviews, as I was blessed with my dream car here. They made the process simple, explained every little thing to me, and were all very kind. I don't remember everyone's name, forgive me, as I waited 6 months before writing a review, as I wanted to be sure nothing went wrong:

The tall white guy who went with me to test drive the car was sweet, comforting, and knowledgeable. He talked me through all of the specs, was patient and not PUSHY, and was honest.

Same goes for the man who I believe owns the shop. I was very nervous and questioning when buying this car, as it was the first one I was buying on my own. He talked me through the financing, the contract, etc. even with 100 questions.

As for the car, my miata is perfect. She runs like a dream. The engine is like new, everything was taken care of before I drove it off the lot, and they even connected me with one of the most honest mechanics that has been taking care of her since. I would recommend!

Was searching for MONTHS for a 2002 4Runner with one owner and less than 200k miles. Finally found one at F&J Auto. Don was awesome. Went on a nice test drive and traded life stories. Unfortunately shortly after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on and the cat converter needed to be replaced. Not unusual given the age of the car! FJ Auto Sales gave excellent follow up care a year later!
Had an issue come up with the emissions system on my 2014 Kia Soul that I purchased from FJ Auto Sales more than a year earlier. I explained the problem to Don, he had the car inspected, then replaced an expensive part, free of charge. Thanks for exceeding my expectations Don!

Just bought a 2001 Toyota 4Runner from them, and it looks great! We were having issues with credit and insurance companies but they helped us out, offered us free delivery service AND a ride home so we didn’t have to take an Uber. The blonde lady was very knowledgeable & incredibly helpful with every step of the process! Amazing experience overall!

Very nice and helpful staff. My test drive was not the typical type where you just drive around the block and back. They took their time to talk to me about the car’s history and show me the carfax reports . They made the buying process easy!
