What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I enjoyed the red light therapy, Pod and cold plunge. Not only was I reaping all the amazing health benefits, but I FELT amazing walking out of there with lots of energy! As an added bonus Joe and all the staff as super friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go again!

I went to experience the pod and red light due to needing to shed a few pounds and back pain. It was a relaxing session that I wish lasted longer. I still see the results from the initial session. Unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of using the next 24-hour window to workout and burn more fat and calories on my own. I’m sure the benefits of that session would have been seen and felt even more. I do plan to return.

I've tried the red light therapy and I lost almost an inch combined. Fire and ice was not for me I couldn't do more than a minute in the cold bath but the sauna felt great. My favorite is the pod, it's relaxing the sweat feels so good. That's my review of the services I've tried. The staff well....I think they are all amazing. Smiles every time you see them and they take the best care of you. I'd say try it all what have you got to lose?

Beautiful clean facility with an extremely helpful attentive staff. I highly recommend, they have a ton to offer from the sauna to cold plunge to red-light therapy and more. I'll be returning soon.

In the past 10 weeks, I’ve had a great experience. Angela and A’iyanna were wonderful during each of my visits. They were attentive, professional, kind, and very helpful with all of my questions and requests. I’ll definitely continue to do the POD and Red Light Therapy.

D-fine is the ideal place for anyone looking to improve their body and health. They offer a wide range of programs and treatments to suit various needs. I’ve tried several of their services, including the Cold Plunge, Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Holistic Machine, Magic Chairs, and more. The owner, Joe, is fantastic, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this place!

5 stars! D-Fine cares about their patients! I was very skeptical at first but after having a few sessions and talking about my goals and seeing the results has truly changed my perception! The office is clean and relaxing. Every staff member is welcoming and supportive! They are always running specials as well! So far loving my experience at D-Fine and highly recommend it!
