First, Liz's massage room is a whole vibe and I love it!

Second, Liz herself is the sweetest, kindest soul. You instantly feel welcomed by her. I love that she first takes her time to get you settled in and chat with you to understand your needs and just see how you're doing. That time spent checking in was the right signal to my body that "I'm here, no rush, now relax, you're safe" so I could fully enjoy my massage.

And third, her massage was exactly what my body and mind needed! She checks in with you to make sure the pressure is just right and adjusts to your needs too. It was a really wonderful massage, both rejuvenating and relaxing. Self care at its finest! Amazing massage therapist and all around human!

Best massage ever so far , Liz triggered every point and nerve in my body, the place is extremely relaxing and your mind meditates on auto drive.
While massaging she will softly speak to you in a mantra way, your brain will wonder and all the negativity will disappear!
It's the first time after a massage that I feel like my body levitated feeling like I am on a cloud, there is not one spot on my body that is not relaxed!
The atmosphere is exceptional like the people that work there!
I highly recommend it, I usually don't leave reviews after massages, but this place deserves 10 stars!!!
