A truly relaxing experience! The spa was so nice!
Booked the Couples Culture package via phone in advance, reviewed our requests and called prior to confirm. Our massages were so relaxing we both fell asleep and woke up so refreshed. Followed by private shower experience & lunch with champagne.

Therapists were accommodating to our individual needs in terms of pressure and enhancements and offered optional product suggestions for purchase if we’d like without feeling pressured. Reception and host ladies assisting with the lounge area and our private lunch were so kind and did everything to exceed our expectations.

Truly an experience to remember and we will most definitely return again in the future.

Great surprise! Was at a wedding out of town and the google reviews didn’t lie. Kelsey gave an incredible massage, the front desk team was super friendly and helpful. Even with finishing their construction, the amenities were really nice!

I spoke with the staff at the front desk to gather more information about the spa. I'm currently in the process of finding a spa that I can frequent a few times a month. I wanted to explore different spas to determine which one would become my regular go-to place.

I inquired about the facilities they offer, but after going around in circles, it turns out they only have a waiting room. I asked if I could see the waiting room since I was in the area, but they declined, stating that there were guests present. I then proposed booking a service and paying for it in advance so I could see the waiting room, but that request was also denied. I then asked when I could actually view their facilities and was told that it could only be done 30 minutes before my scheduled service.

The whole experience started to feel frustrating and stressful, which is the opposite of what you'd expect from a spa visit. I then asked the receptionist, Tia, if I could get the name of her manager, and she directed me back to the website. When I pressed further and asked for the manager's name directly, she refused to provide it and said she can’t give out the name.

I thanked them and expressed that I didn't feel comfortable visiting a spa where they couldn't disclose the manager's name. I didn't want to send an email without addressing it to a specific person.

I gave them a 2-star rating because the staff weren't rude, but the entire encounter was quite strange and off-putting.

I had another wonderful experience at Culture A Day Spa. After being warmly greeted by the owner, Katelin, and her staff, I changed in the men's locker room, and was greeted in the Relaxation Area with a mimosa to help me relax and unwind. After a few minutes, my masseuse, Kelsey, took me to my massage room, and we discussed the plan for my massage. Kelsey is well prepared, and follows well the discussed plan for the massage. She applies the proper amount of pressure, but if one finds the pressure too soft or too hard, all one has to do is mention it and the pressure will be appropriately adjusted. My session time always seems to go by too quickly! Afterwards, Kelsey will return to the room to discuss areas she noticed as needing more attention, and one can give feedback to her as well. This is a wonderful experience, so give it a try and see how you like the experience!

I highly recommend Culture Day Spa. It is a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The young lady that greeted me and checked me in was lovely and explained everything well. The locker room has everything you might need. My Swedish hot stone massage was the perfect combination of relaxing and enough pressure to work out a few kinks. Kelsey did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back for another.

The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, ensuring that I was well taken care of. Briana, in particular, was amazing and truly skilled at what she does. Loved the upscale, relaxing vibe at this spa. I hadn't ever been to a spa, so asked the staff to help me navigate the process. They were so kind and so helpful. It was a very comfortable experience and I never felt out of my element. I received "The Ultimate Facial" and it was worth every penny! My skin looked and felt amazing afterward and I also received instructions on how to take care of it moving forward. They gave me some great product recommendations.
