Was super excited to come here for my birthday with a friend.
We bought a package that included the infrared sauna and the soaking pool.

They keep you on time since they are booked back to back.
They start off by showing you a video about what you will experience.

We started with 45 minutes in the infrared sauna which was great for detoxifying. You can change the different colors in the sauna. Then we headed to the soaking pools where we showered off first.
The soaking pools are in private rooms and you can turn the lights off for further relaxation or keep them on. They put on relaxing meditation music which was nice. We floated for 40 minutes and then showered off the magnesium salts. Super relaxing.
The shower stopper was broken so the water flooded the whole floor and I had to quickly pick up our bags from the floor.
We mentioned this to the front desk staff and they said nothing no apology. Hmmm....
The spray bottle to get any water out of your eyes was also
broken.

I’ve been a Licensed massage therapist for 17 years and have been in pain and Kevin at city cave fixed me In one session!!!!!! Amazing hands. Very healing!!!!! Amazing technique. Perfect amount of pressure This is my go to place when in pain!!!! Infrared sauna. Massage! And magnesium float tanks!!! Completely takes all the inflammation out of the body!!! I would highly recommend Kevin!! He’s been in the field 20 years !!! Amazing therapist and everyone is super nice here. I wish I could move in!?. Kevin fixed my injured arm. And did techniques I have NEVER HAD BEFORE ! And stretches that are out of this world!!

Amazing experience at City Cave Flagler Village! The private infrared sauna with customizable light settings was perfect, and being able to connect to Bluetooth made it even better. The facility was spotless and calming, and the staff were super friendly. The zero-gravity float pool was incredibly buoyant—ideal for meditation and detox. I finished with a great massage that left me feeling completely rejuvenated - Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back 🙂

The staff were great! they were very welcoming and made me and my friend feel relaxed and comfortable. My fiancée and I discovered City Cave while searching for a float experience nearby. We booked their full float, sauna, and massage package and instantly fell in love!We started coming back weekly for two months and now visit every other week.

I cannot recommend City Cave enough – it's worth every penny! The combination of the infrared sauna and a 90-minute massage is the best for us, and we love that we can enjoy it together.

Sal and Kevin are our go-to masseuses, and they are absolutely phenomenal! Sal provides the best Swedish massage, clearing lymph nodes we didn't even know were clogged. Kevin's deep tissue and stretching techniques are unparalleled, helping alleviate my chronic back and neck pain while explaining every step of the process. You couldn't ask for better therapists!

Since joining, we've been thrilled to see City Cave continually adding enhancements to their services. From hot salt stones to cupping, every new addition has been incredible. Cupping, in particular, was a life changer for me!

There's nothing I regularly pay for that feels as worth it as City Cave. If the price tag is making you hesitant, reflect on the value you get from your current spending – I doubt it compares! The team, the atmosphere, and the top-notch services make every visit a rejuvenating and enriching experience.

City Cave has created such a wonderful wellness oasis in Fort Lauderdale. There's nothing else like it nearby! We can't wait for our next visit!

This was my first time doing float therapy and we really enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

Ramona was so kind and helpful when I called to inquire about the services and she even recommend adding on the sauna before our float therapy session to have an even better experience.

The space is beautiful, relaxing and most importantly clean and every aspect of our visit felt comfortable.

The customer service is amazing, Ramona was a big reason in why I booked here and Laura was insightful enough to see a small inference with our booked services and contacted me to fix the issue days before our appointment in order for our time there to run smoothly.

I would definitely recommend this place to first-timers and couples - my boyfriend and I were able to do the entire experience together which was a plus!

You can’t go wrong here for your self care because the team and the ambiance is well thought out and friendly. I’m a teacher & admin who always tells fellow educators about needing to go to City Cave for a much needed reset and relaxation. They even gave me a referral code that I constantly encourage others to try them out.
