BrightPointe has been a Godsend for my mom that has lived here for 1 year now. We used to live down the street when it was being built from the ground up. It is a beautifully maintained home for our loved ones and run by people who truly treat our loved ones like they are their own family members as well. The staff create such amazing events for the residents, families, and community to keep everyone connected together. The DON has such a creative and decorative touch that she adds to this place that it makes it feel like home to all! The dedication is evident in everything that is done!! When you can walk into a nursing home and it smell fresh, see friendly faces engaged with each other like a normal family, see smiles, see beautiful decorations, and feel the warmth of the love & devotion of the people who look forward to helping our loved ones then you know you picked the perfect place to!! This facility has come a long way! The care is great, no smell when you walk throughout the facility, and the staff is friendly. If you want your loved one to become family, this is where they need to be.

This place literally sucks. They are short staffed. Not our problem. They accepted my loved one full aware of that fact. They don’t take care of my loved ones hygiene. She lays in a soaked bed of urine and she does not get regular showers. Rehab accepts all of her excuses and doesn’t try to get her to the gym for alternative exercises to walking. The equipment is there but they let her lay there and be lazy. There is no clean bedding until the afternoon and pillows are gold there. We absolutely hate this place!

Please please do not take your family there. Horrible DON who does not care and it reflects in the staff. My grandmother lost hope there. They would change her brief and then put it in her bedside commode and then it would stay there. SHe would use her bedside and they would have her pee on top of it. Call lights are not answered, while staff sits around or walks around on their phone. My grandmother went their for rehab to get her strength back. SHe died 5 days later and literally was walking and fine. Just needed to get more strength. She was a retired nurse and cried daily there and gave up. PLease don not take your loved ones there.

Do not go to this place! It is like being in a insane facility. They yelled out, wouldnt push me back to my room,the food was out pf n the freezer quality and not git to eat either. They pulled me off the bed cause i couldnt stand up, pried my personal items out of my hands. I just lay shaking and feeling sick. No person should be treated that way.

Went to visit my best friend and it is
VISUALLY beautiful inside and outside.
However I don't feel like there is enough help and compassion in this establishment.
She told me they couldn't shower her because there weren't any towels. Why?
She also said it takes forever for anyone to answer her when she calls for help and to be changed. Finally, stealing/going through personal belongings, so very wrong. : (

Feb 2025: He got healthy here and was in good condition to leave here and went to an apartment. We lost contact and I heard from him and learned today he’s in another Nursing Home in another city. And he texted me that he really missed BrightPointe and wished he was at BrightPointe 😔😞. Just thought you should know BrightPointe.

June/July 2024: When we’re on FaceTime, the staff sounds friendly and makes sure he is fed, getting meds, doing PT. And he’s smiling alot and consistently looks so much better than before. Oh also the other evening, another resident was going in his personal space and the staff helped and took immediate action to protect.
