Bond Vet - Astoria was nothing short of a wonderful experience. We've brought our new puppy for an initial evaluation followed by routine vaccines over a couple of weeks. Everything was planned out and explained thoroughly. The team/staff have been such a pleasure from making an appointment, follow-ups, and questions have been handled professionally and quickly. Bond Vet's app allows me to view records, create appointments, and ask questions in an instant. Billing has been transparent. The level of comfort I have entering and leaving Bond each time is priceless. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give bond vet 5 stars a hundred times. Bond Vet is the best service, office and care I have gotten for my dog. Very good rates for the NYC, as i paid more when i was living elsewhere. I could not be happier and you can tell the staff are equally as friendly as they are skilled. Also whoever designed the office deserves a raise, it’s a beautiful location that I enjoy visiting.

Great appointment experience. I was able to book a same-day appointment no problem. Appointment was on-time, the assistant and vet were both so friendly and really spent the time to thoroughly examine my dog and get him up to date on his tests and needs. I felt listened to and was given very clear advice on how to handle my concerns. Plus, the space is really cute, filled with treats, and a welcoming environment. Will definitely be coming back.

I had to bring my Benny into Bond Vet Astoria for GI & skin issues. Benny and I have been to multiple vets, animal hospitals, etc but BOND VET was incredible.
From the moment I walked in, my family, Benny and I were greeted with warmth and compassion.
We had to do a walk-in, and the team was efficient in finding us a slot time!!
Benny’s vet and medical techs, Dr. Zhu, Jen and Luis were the best. They handled my Benny with so much love and I felt secured knowing he was in good hands. Dr. Zhu’s bedside manner was phenomenal and fantastic.
I will definitely come back! Thank you all for the kindness, and empathy you’ve given Benny and my family
Full disclosure: BENNY is not an aggressive dog but I just call it “vet coat syndrome” where he gets anxious and upset when he comes in. Otherwise he still loved everybody!

I typically prefer neighborhood vets over chain vets — because no one wants to feel like just a number, but Bond Vet Astoria has made Gunner and I feel welcomed by the entire staff. All have been very communicative and felt very well taken care of. The technology and follow up since his first appointment has been amazing.

Reception / techs doing reception (unsure how it works) are great. vets are great, techs are great; front and back of the veterinary practice are equally careful and thoughtful. They are not just nice but also thorough and let us know about innovative new treatments for different issues, then let us choose which we could afford and which worked for our cat & our lives. Having a geriatric cat is a constant battle of worrying “is this it” every time something happens. But every time it does, we can see Bond — sometimes within hours — and our cat bounces back, somehow even better than before. I thought I was going to lose him at 7, and at 12, and at 14, 15, and 16. He will 17 in 4 days and he is genuinely happy.

First time pawrant here. Was super worried when my dog didn’t feel well. A friend recommended this vet and we were lucky to get seen on a Sunday afternoon. So grateful for Dr. Toulouse and Stephanie here. They patiently answered so many questions from me and really made me feel reassured. I really appreciate their professionalism and kind attitude. The front desk staff were super friendly and respectful too. For me, it’s money well spent. Thank you!
