I'm from out of state and was looking for a massage place close by. The service was amazing! We had a couples massage and I have no complaints. I really enjoyed the service so much. They were kind & the ambience was nice. If I'm ever in town this way I would definitely be back. Restroom was clean & nice which is always a plus.

Two stars because the facility is beautiful! I wanted to share my experience about this place because I have now been twice for two separate services. The first time was for the head massage. It started out great for the first half but by the second half, my scalp was so tender that it was difficult to enjoy. I chalked it up to my head just being sensitive from the repeated motions. I decided to give this place another try and got the facial. I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience but ended up feeling frustrated at the inexperience of the woman doing the facial. She also happened to be the same person who did my head massage at my first appointment. I have been having facials for 25 years to know that 10 min into my appointment it was going to continue to be a disappointment. I couldn't relax and kept getting annoyed that I was going to have to pay for something that I was not enjoying. I wished I could have stopped the appointment and just left - but I stuck it out paid my total at the end. I was particularly bothered when she asked me if I would tip her. I used to work in a full service salon where tipping is expected, but I would NEVER ask for it. And tipping is a compliment to the service... for a job well done. This was not a satisfactory service to me to warrant a tip. I wished I had a better experience both times to go back.

Have been twice to Body lab and both the times I have left feeling very relaxed and at peace. First time had been for a head spa and second time for facial and Lauren took care of me both the times. I would say the head spa was slightly better than facial but overall I will return to Body Lab again for both the services. The best part is that during the sessions, apart from checking if I'm feeling comfortable, they did not indulge in small talks or conversations as personally I don't like to talk when my intention is to relax. So I would recommend this place to everyone who truly wish to feel calm and pampered.

I received the head spa treatment today and it was an amazing experience. Lauren was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. The head massages were just what I needed & lived up to the hype. Very relaxing treatment and worth every penny!

This place is only 4min from my house just opened not to long ago and the lady is phenomenal I had the qua sha facial and the scalp detox both wonderful treatments I was trying so hard not to fall asleep. Now I will say if you are tender headed be prepared they do a deep scrub for your scalp which was exactly what I needed but may not be for people with a tender head, but I knew what I was getting myself into. what a beautiful and clean facility smells wonderful and super efficient. I’m going home and taking a wonderful nap

The body lab is incredible! This is my second time here for the Head Spa Treatment. If you not had this luxury service yet, I highly recommend it. It is so relaxing, plus my hair feels amazing. Removes all the buildup and feels fresh. The facility is so nice and clean. Can’t wait to book another and try other services.

I have visited this establishment twice, and both experiences have been excellent. The option to book appointments via text is incredibly convenient. Recently, I had to cancel due to a medical emergency, and the staff handled the situation with exceptional understanding and grace.

I was finally able to reschedule, and Emma provided outstanding service. She is highly professional and thorough in her work. I look forward to returning regularly.
