I have known Alma for over 10 years and gone to her for Body Wellness Massage Therapy for 6 years. She is a miracle worker and healer. I highly recommend her. She does an gentle unwinding of stiff muscles, reiki, shiatsu and cranial sacral treatments. What is rare is that besides being so gifted in helping others feel better, she cares about her clients. My husband and I have been seeing Alma for massage off & on for about 5 years..and consistently twice a month for the past 2.5 years. (she comes to our work location). I think she is getting better and more skilled over time. I feel better after she does the office chair massage and after times I've gone to her office when I'm experiencing head & neck pain.

Alma cares a lot and continues to work at and take more training to further improve her skills.

I started going to Alma at Body Health & Wellness Massage Therapy, regularly, in March of 2014. I was looking for a massage therapist who could help me with the neuropathy caused by Chemotherapy. She was very knowledgeable and gentle especially when it came to working on my feet. She used several styles of massage to help me-CranioSacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Reiki to name some. Now she is also helping with the lymph-edema that has started in my chest area. Alma finds out the reason you are seeing a Massage Therapist and then adapts her techniques to help you. She is very personable and will talk or not talk during your session, whichever you are comfortable with. I am very happy to have found her and will continue to see her even after the neuropathy reverses.

I have been getting massages from Alma Ball for at least 10 years. She has surpassed any other therapist I have been to in releasing my pain. She gives me a Swedish massage with trigger point therapy. She is excellent when it comes to finding my "sore spots " and can always use the pressure points to relive my pain. She even suggest exercises that will help to keep away that pain in the future. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
