Liz and the team at BioVitality are by far the absolute BEST in the entire Austin area! I came in for a B12 shot, and was in and out less than 10 minutes later. BioVitality has the most clean and hygienic facilities I’ve encountered anywhere in the United States; and I travel frequently, almost always getting a B12 wherever I go.

BioVitality will be my forever go-to spot for a B12 shot, every time I’m in town.

Please be aware that you must purchase a $795 membership to be treated at this clinic (on top of all other charges). You will not be informed of this until after the medical consultation. And the staff admits their website does not mention it. I can accept that some clinics have these fees. This one is a secret until the end of the meeting.

There was another questionable surprise. I would want my prescription filled by a highly regarded compounding pharmacy that I researched (I talked with the pharmacist about the source of the ingrediences and methods of compounding). The pharmacist said he uses the same prescription. BioVitality told me they are good and have used this pharmacy in the past. However, since it's not their regular pharmacy, BioVitality said they charge me an extra $150 administrative fee for every written prescription. This ongoing alternative pharmacy fee will not be removed in the future. This fee is only mentioned after the consultation.

Regarding hormone treatments, the physician assistant only wants to prescribe injections. She gets frustrated if you want to use other methods (like a cream). I wish I had not booked an appointment here.

Dr. Weiler and his staff are absolutely amazing. I came to BioVitality after having several negative experiences at my OB/GYN for my HRT.
