The best thing you can do for yourself! I had some serious issues with my shoulders and from working jobs with repetitive movements (carrying boxes, picking up heavy things- several times in a day), which locked up the range of motion my arms could make. Sandy is so amazing, accommodating and very intuitive to what you need to get back to feeling better. I would definitely recommend her to all that need help.

The combination of DDS and massage makes this a much more comfortable and relaxing massage. I received the same deep tissue muscle relaxation without the intense elbow pressure from therapists. Sandy does an exceptional job helping relieve pain also. Thank you.
