"Balanced health and wellness" speaks for itself. They helped me loose weight without breaking the bank. The ladies answer all of my questions without judgment and educated me on how to maintain my desired weight. They gave me little tips I can utilize daily. I don't snack as often as I used to, I can be on my feet much longer than before. I maintain my weight to the best of my ability and reaching my goal didn't happen overnight, but with their patience and dedication made it happen all in good time. Overall My health has improved aswell as my quality of life.
