I brought my mom who is 90 years young to see Jamie. Mom feels constant pain and uses a walker. Can’t take medication as she has a very low resistance. Jamie thank you. My mom felt so good after 45 minutes. She is not perfect but the fact Jamie helped my mom out of pain even for that amount of time..,, we made another appointment. Any and all relief is priceless. Jamie is one of the best made the day so nice to see mom out of such discomfort, slight relief the first time and more smiles. Would highly recommend her 100 times over

Back to Basics wellness center was easy to find. Great location and calming atmosphere that’s very clean. Jamie is a wonderful massage therapist. I’ve experienced two massages in the ocean themed room. Jamie is very knowledgeable about health and wellness and gives wonderful relaxing massages. I will be back!

I absolutely love walking through the doors at Back to thr Basic Wellness. The environment is so relaxing and tranquil. It's hard to believe their is a busy city street right outside the doors. Inside is so calming and welcoming. It's my home away from home.

Went to Back to Basics for my first time for a massage with Elly. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the facility. They have lots to offer. Elly was pleasant and professional. I would recommend her and look forward to more services from her.
