We made an appointment to sell our automobile. The store location opened almost an hour late.

The location was an old Land Rover Dealership. Totally run down and looked like it’s not taken care of. It looks bad.

One of the things I’ve learned is the condition of a places bathroom reflects on the quality of the business. Messy bathroom, messy business. It turns out I was right again!

When we got inside we were told the person who our appointment was with is off on those days. Total scam.

We were told it would take less than an hour. It took about 3 hours. The price for our car was fair but only marginally fair.

They we’re trying to play some type of game, after we signed the paperwork then tell us the printer wasn’t working and they couldn’t cut us a check. After waiting 45 minutes they offered to keep the car but mail is the check. I said no way, I’ll wait until the printer is working again. I told my partner to leave and I would stay. Then the miraculously found a way to make it work again.

Needless to say I don’t trust them.

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs!
Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and the offer they gave for my car was a complete insult. They clearly don’t care about customers, just about making a quick buck. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Mike was the representative we talked with. Very professional, kind and helpful.
The manager which I do not know his name had a very bad attitude. I believe he doesn’t even know how to greet people and this guy had me to travel 3 times to this location giving me hope to purchase the car higher than Carmax offer.
After few times traveling to this location, he came out with ridiculous excuse that we cant buy it that wasted my time for literally 3 days.
Im not sure were the attitude come from.
Would never come back here, do not waste your time.
