Arctic Healing Cryo is part of my go-to for Health, Wellness, and soft tissue healing and Recovery. I came into Arctic Healing Cryo 3.5 months ago for lower back, upper back, and leg recovery. After my once a week sessions, I experienced a substantial reduction in inflammation and faster recovery time from my workouts.

The 5 Star Review has everything to do with my recovery, how my body feels, their Customer Service, Services Offered and the owner, Larissa. They offer Cryo Therapy, Whole Body Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, Localized Cryo, which I do weekly.

Arctic Healing Cryo is always clean and has state of the art equipment. The owner, Larissa has strong customer service attitude and is focused on customer satisfaction.

I had a muscle tear in my lower back the day before I came in and cryotherapy was recommended to me by an
NCO. I had never done this before and with having a spinal cord stimulator, I was a little hesitant but my doctor gave me the okay. So I came here and Larissa was very knowledgeable and explained the process as well. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. But let me tell you, after going for 6 out of 7 days...I can finally walk, bend and do normal every day activities without wincing in pain.
I'm extremely grateful to Arctic Healing Cryo for literally helping me get back on my feet.

The best wellness center I have ever been to. Their cryo chamber is the state of the art. I had a back problem and after doing cryo for a week my pain went away. They also have LLLT bed, that is the best on the market. Customer service is great, very personable. Larissa, the owner, is knowledgeable and very nice. Won’t go anywhere else.
