I can say only good things about my care at Marcos Medical. The staff are always friendly, efficient and ready to help in whatever way they can. My PA, Mr. John Nieto is very compassionate and thorough. He listens to me and gives explanations of my treatment and diagnoses that I can understand. He treats me with dignity and affords me grace which I greatly appreciate as an "old lady" with multiple aches and pains. I highly recommend this clinic and am grateful to be treated there.

Everyone was pleasant and respectful. At the time of my arrival. Was called, and given out Filled out. The waiting was not excessive like others clinics and Dr. offices I’ve been to. Dr. Was pleasant and professional. The negative part , was. They gave me an appointment out till January 8 cause the Dr. was not coming till that date, for my lab results. I would think she will call me to discuss them in a few days. Before my follow up appointment in January. But then again. Everyone has there way of doing things. But overall, the visit was good and affective. Thanks to all who approach me.

I do not recommend this doctor. There is typically an hour or longer wait. Dr. Marcos does take her time once she is in the room with you but has to be reminded of previous decisions from previous appointments. I took my Mom last week and there was not a single person in the waiting room. We were there 2 hours. The doctor wanted to run a test and told us to wait for the results. After 30 minutes I went out to check on things and the staff indicated the test was going to be sent to the lab and we could leave. Then the staff person came back and said the Dr. was supposed to run the test. She could not locate the Dr and indicated the Dr may have gone to lunch so she said the Dr would call me once she returned. Next day, still no call so I sent a message via the portal. Dr. Marcos apologized and said test was negative. I then had to respond and ask additional questions as she didn't indicate further options to discover the underlying issue. Once again she apologized and then sent a referral. I had called the office 3 times prior to the appt and no one ever returned my call. I'm saddened by the care provided by this office.

My husband Jesse and I have been patients of Dr. Marcos for over 20 years. She is an exceptional Doctor, has an amazing staff of PA’s and Doctors that you can rely on to see you if she is not available. That being said, PA Sarah Davidson is amazing, she has always addressed and shown concern for all of my health issues ( which are many ) I can always count on her to get an immediate response through patient portal. Before I close this out I have to also praise a young lady that deserves to be praised and acknowledged in Dr. Marcos phlebotomy team ( Jasmin ) I have always hated to have blood drawn not because I am afraid of needles but simply because I am a bad draw!! I have deep rolling veins that collapse or burst instantly. This young lady is amazing when I go in there it’s like I go through revolving doors in and out and never felt a thing. This young lady is going places and I wish her the best in her future.
