This was one of my top spa experiences. The facility was nice and clean. The staff were so professional and polite. The ambience was so inviting and relaxing. I had a lymphatic massage and it was so therapeutic! We were celebrating a friends birthday and they graciously accommodated all 4 of us. My friend felt so special in her birthday! I will definitely be a regular!

We were in TN for the weekend and 4 of us came to Jasper for the first time. The place is very aesthetic and clean. 3 of us got the 30 minute massage and 1 of us tried the REST therapy. Raven did my massage and she did a nice job at focusing on the problem areas I told her about before the session started. Overall a good experience.

I was really excited to come experience this spa for the first time. What interested me was the float service (which I will be back for very soon), but I came in today for a sticks and stones massage to kick off my birthday and it was great. The bamboo sticks can get very deep and Ashli was masterful in her technique with the hot stones making sure I could feel a lot of heat without being burned. The massage table gets veryyy warm so that is huge plus I've been on others that don't get that warm -like massage envy for instance. It was very nice I'm excited for my next appointment.

I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Jasper Wellness Spa. My friend booked the birthday package for me which included an hour long massage, rest therapy, and an aroma therapy shower. From start to finish, the staff was very attentive and accommodating. My only takeaway is that there were some distracting, outside street noises but that’s beyond their control. Nevertheless I would highly recommend this spa and I intend on treating my friend here for her birthday celebrations in March!
