I recently visited Salt 360 Float Studio and had an amazing experience, especially being eight months pregnant. The floatation therapy was incredibly beneficial for both my mental and physical well-being. The support of the water provided much-needed relief from the intense pressure on my back, and I found it wonderfully relaxing.

The overall experience was exceptional. Carlos, who welcomed me, was incredibly peaceful and made me feel right at ease. His warm, calming presence allowed for an effortless transition into comfort. I particularly appreciated the option to use the blue light feature, which provided a gentle transition into total darkness, enhancing the relaxation process.

Floating allowed me to stretch and access areas of my body that are otherwise difficult to reach while standing or lying down. The weightlessness helped me unwind and ease the discomfort that often accompanies the later stages of pregnancy. I highly recommend Salt 360 Float Studio to anyone looking for relief during the last months or weeks of pregnancy. It’s a fantastic way to alleviate physical strain and create a peaceful space for calming the busy nesting mind. It’s a truly rejuvenating experience and a must add to your self-care plan before baby arrives!

First time floater and I was definitely a little apprehensive of the whole experience. But, Carlos (the owner) was able to answer all my questions and provided a great overview of the process which in turn made my experience truly unique and so relaxing. Facility is super clean and welcoming. Highly recommend. I will 100% be booking more floats!

Amazing, super relaxing!!! Floating and sauna! I definitely recommend this place! This place provides a beautiful, peaceful environment and it's super good to take care of your mind, body and spirit. Clean place, clean areas. Owner provides everything you need! Your body is extremely soft after leaving here. Your mind and body is just extremely relaxed, so are your muscles. It's hard to explain how you feel when you leave. I definitely recommend salt 360!

I iwsh i knew about this place years ago. I had back and knee pain going into the studio hoping to get some relief. After a 60 minute session, I had close to zero pain. Not only that, but my stress/anxiety levels were gone. The owner (carlos) said this feeling would last 3-4 days. I f thats the case im going once a week LOL. 5 stars. Incredible

Patty was so welcoming and informative. We did a float this past weekend and it was an incredible experience. We did a 60 minute float session and it was just the right amount of time. It’s incredible how comfortable and calming the water and zero sound and light are to me. You actually float in the water due to the salinity and even float on your side. I was not expecting much, but when I came out of the float room I was so relaxed, decompressed, and felt rejuvenated all together! We will be back this winter to do another float after a day on the slopes ⛷️

This place is what you would call heaven on earth. Patti & Tiffany are both so friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless and serene. The feeling you get when you walk in is just pure calm. The float tanks are huge and exactly as they should be. I don't live in Durango but I plan on buying a punch pass and coming here every single time I come to town. It's just that good. I highly recommend giving this float studio a try.

Update January 2024 - Updating my review to say I went back to Salt 360 during my most recent return to Durango and it was better than I remember it. I wish I could go more often. The floats are life changing and the facility itself is just so calming and serene. Patti is a wonderful person who truly cares about her clients. She is so welcoming and supportive. Every town needs a place like this to float. You have to try it!

Exquisitely relaxing has been my experience floating at Salt 360. Even the process of making an appointment is relaxing. Online or over the phone scheduling is effortless.
From the time you walk in the door you feel like you are at home. The staff makes you feel comfortable with the preparation to float and what to expect while you are in the float chamber. The facility is inviting, clean and well kept.
My experience during float sessions has been one of total relaxation for mind and body. I always come out of the chamber in a state of complete bliss.
