Life-Changing Experience at Elite Wellness

Elite Wellness has been a total game-changer for me. After years of workout-related pain, one sports massage with Jason made a world of difference. While the massage can be intense, the results are absolutely worth it—I’m now pain-free and performing better than ever.

I was so impressed that I signed up for a monthly membership after my first visit. Having this amazing center so close to One Loudoun is a true blessing. If you’re dealing with pain or want to elevate your wellness, I can’t recommend Elite Wellness enough!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! They take care of my daughter as well. Every time we come in we feel very welcomed and taken care of. They have all kinds of options for fitness and recovery. My daughter plays volleyball pretty much year round. With the help of Elite Wellness she is able to stay in the game and keep going. As a veteran 17 years i could not feel my leg.. I can feel it now.I learn how i can reconnect the rest of my body. My complaints were listened and recovery treatment started working right away. Different modalities were used. After years of therapies and suffering I am finally feeling much better. This is awesome I have not felt my back and my leg. As a middle age woman, I want to gain muscle and slowly loose fat. I was looking for a place where trainers are knowledgeable, o didn’t want to wait for turn to use an equipment, be in a large group or figure out if my form is correct. All the trainers at this place have college degrees and understand my challenges and limitations. I also didn’t know much about recovery. They educated me on how to take care of my aches and pains. I love using their cryo and the sauna. Compression boots are like an icing on the cake after my workouts. Now I am ready to take the next step and talk to their nutritionist about meal planning. Thank you very much to each an every one who works at Elite for great quality and service all in one place. ?

I had my first dry needling session today and Bahar was absolutely incredible. She was very kind, personable, and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to me, asked questions for clarification, and took the time to really understand the issues I am dealing with. Bahar is very educated in her field of practice which made me feel even more comfortable. During the needling session, she explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on and what she was doing/why. She made sure I was comfortable and that the needling and E-stim was comfortable for me. She was also able to figure out what was causing my lower back pain and able to determine what caused the tweak I had. She took extra time during my session to needle my hamstring which has also been irritated. She provided me with some stretches to help the areas I am having issues with and recommended adding in extra work on specific muscle groups to help create balance across the board which will also help reduce the risk of this happening again. 12/10 recommend this service.

As a very active family with 4 kids and they are in many sports, we are so thankful for Elite staff for keeping all of us in shape. Sports season is always in - we could not do without their impressive recovery services. Overall, this place is certainly offers a lot for reasonable cost and 5 star quality.
