I really don’t like that the men and the women wait in the same area with our robes, it made me uncomfortable and definitely not relaxed. You would think to have a more intimate setting, they would have both the men and the women in separate spaces. Nonetheless, I did have a a decent massage, but I won’t be coming back due to feeling unsafe/uncomfortable with the waiting area

Pros:
The atmosphere was very calming.
I felt so lucky to have Chrissy and my massage therapist without having done any previous research on therapists here.

Cons:
I could hear the 5 front seat secretaries talking and laughing the entire time while in the lounge. After bringing it to their attention, they said nothing and continued.

5 stars because I will be here often to see Chrissy. ?

I just love the energy of the front desk. Me and the kid’s facials are done by Toni - (magic hands) and the room vibe - so serene. Our massages are done by Natasha- excellent vibe and so relaxing - I love this place - Thank you ladies…….

Tranquility Spa offers quality services with a few areas for improvement. The massages are generally very good—though some therapists are definitely more skilled than others—and the estheticians are knowledgeable and professional. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The front desk staff often come across as unfriendly, cold, and occasionally rude, which detracts from the overall experience.

Additionally, scheduling appointments is frustrating as you can only call in—there are no options for texting or emailing, which feels outdated and inconvenient.

If the customer service improved and they modernized their communication options, I’d happily give a 5-star review. The service itself is great, but the overall experience could be much better.

Tina gave me a 90 minute CBD massage this past weekend and I feel amazing! I have lower back issues that sometimes radiates to my hip and leg. Tina really loosened the area and I feel great. I highly recommend seeing her especially if you have pain. I feel so good, I may have to do this more regularly.

Max is amazing! The ambience is peacefull and the messuese even more so. A definite great spot to release some tension at least once a month. 5 minutes in the steam room after a great massage will have you feeling new again.

Received a gift certificate for a couples massage at this location. No issue making an appointment or redeeming the certificate. Able to select female/male masseuse, which is appreciated. One of the best massages I've ever received. Everything was first class and professional. The locker room area is clean and the lockers seem secure. Comfortable robe and slippers. Waiting area is okay, but a little weird to wait with other random strangers to get called in. Massage began on time and the masseuse (I believe her name was Arlene) was friendly and gave great pressure. Can truly tell the difference in quality between this and any other random local spa. Able to leave tip in a small envelope with the person in front at the end, which is a nice touch. Wish it wasn't as expensive, but definitely worth it for a once in a while type thing. Would highly recommend to others.
