This is the first time I’ve been here and it was fantastic! I got an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Sarah worked on the areas I pointed out and did a wonderful job. My upper back is already feeling better. The spa is beautiful and so clean. I felt relaxed the second I got there. I’ll be back again soon!

We won't return. Which is sad because I'd always wanted to visit this spa.

I took my son for a holiday gift. We each had massages, facials, pedicures and a visit to the salt room booked.

All was absolutely fantastic for the most part. At first.

Our facials and massages were top notch. We felt so relaxed and pampered. But then we both were scheduled for pedicures at the same time, with the same person. That service was supposed to be from 12:00-1:00, with the salt room visit being at 1:00. We were to be finished with all of our treatments by 2:00.

This poor woman had to do both of our pedicures in an hour. And of course, they were subpar. When I left, you could see the streaks in my nail polish and my cuticles looked horrible. Both pedicures were done by 1:45.

We then had to cut our visit short because we had other obligations.

No one at the desk apologized or addressed the fact that we canceled a service due to their poor planning. They just added up the bill and took our money.

So strange.

What started out as an amazingly relaxing day ended with a really bad taste in our mouths. And what's funny is that I received an email asking for a review of our visit, and when I gave that review THEY NEVER RESPONDED.

Jason (massage therapist) focused on all of the areas that needed it the most. And Diana (esthetician) made me look like I’ve never lost a day of sleep! I had such a wonderful experience. I can’t say THANKYOU enough to this wonderful and honest staff. I had a very challenging and busy week. Long story short, I left my wedding ring behind after my service. We were the last clients so they were closed once I realized I left it. My anxiety was through the roof. I barely slept. I called, left messages, I was worried and sad. The staff was so patient, they kept me posted the entire time. They found my ring and called me to come get it. THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING TO LOCATE MY RING. My husband brought me here as a birthday gift.
I had the following services:
1. Body balance massage - This is a full body aromatherapy low-to-moderate strength massage. Jason was my masseur and he did well.
2. Soothing and hydrating facial - This place is a SkinCeuticals authorized provider so all of their facial products are from SkinCeuticals. Rachel was my aesthetician. She also treated my hands and arms, not just my face. She asked me if I'm comfortable with manual extractions before doing so, which is a good thing because some people might not want that.
3. Pedicure - It's a normal pedicure, with exfoliation and cream and polish. The lady (I didn't catch her name) was nice.

This place is a bit pricey but you feel very pampered in there. You have to reserve in advance so you don't see random walk-ins. The scheduling of each service works to make it seem as if you have the entire place for yourself. I'd love to go every week...

You have a locker and a pair of sandals and super fluffy robe (with your size!). They offer you drinks too (tea, champagne etc).

The photo below is the quiet room where they bring you back after every service to wait for your next service.

After a long work weekend, a spa day to Woodhouse was just what I needed. I’ve never been there before and it was everything and more. All the staff was super friendly and made sure I was well relaxed. The champagne was delicious and so were the snacks! Matt was my masseuse and really made sure to target the areas that caused me the most pain. Can’t wait to return 🙂

I recently had a therapeutic massage that went beyond relaxation — it was a deep, restorative session that brought my body into a healthier state. I want to thank the entire team for organizing it and, most importantly, express my gratitude to Jason. His professional skills and keen insight helped uncover the root cause of the limited mobility I had been experiencing in my right arm. Thanks to Jason’s expertise, I now feel a renewed sense of freedom and relief. Highly recommended for anyone seeking real therapeutic results!

It was very relaxing and the staff was very nice. However, if you are looking for deep tissue to work out tense muscles and knots, I would not recommend this place. I had booked a couples massage and I had asked for medium to deep and my spouse asked for deep. Both of us received a very light touch massage and did not feel any relief afterwards. So if you are looking for a relaxing time at the spa this is the place to go; if you are looking to work out tense muscles I would recommend looking elsewhere.
