She gave me immediate relief from an intense sciatica flair up, but she also helped me relax and be present during the bodywork. Went in to see Audrey for a prenatal massage, and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. She helped relieve some lower back pain I was experiencing and more specifically, an area in my shoulder that had been bothering me for several weeks. As a beginner in yoga, I found her pacing to be excellent to me but she included options for more advanced students to elevate their practice. The whole experience is all very personalized and high quality from the oils used, the warm atmosphere and the massage itself. Audrey is an amazing instructor who really listens to the students requests and is intentional during her class. She is great at combining the mind and body connection and sets a welcoming and calm environment. Whenever I can, I try to join her Candle Light yoga sessions, it's the highlight of my week and I use it as a reset for my week. I highly reccomend her for any levels!
