Both Lauren & Foram are fantastic! I had a horrible injury years ago that I never addressed with physical therapy, leading to living my life in immense pain. I never felt judged for coming to PT so late after an injury & I never thought I would be pain free but Lauren worked with me & I am now living pain free! The environment they both created was so welcoming & they truly care about you. I cannot recommend them both enough, they were wonderful!!!

This is a great place for dancers. I came in after struggling with a bunch of issues: knee issues, back issues, and hip issues, and they were all messing with my Salsa and Zouk dancing. Lauren and Foram are my therapists, and they are amazing. Foram didn’t just treat my pain. She took the time to understand the specific movements I was struggling with and how to prevent them from hurting me again.

What really stood out was how tailored the sessions were to me as a dancer. Lauren helped me pinpoint small technique tweaks and gave me exercises that actually felt relevant. I didn’t just feel like I was rehabbing, I felt like I was improving as a dancer too.

After a few weeks of working with them, I was back to dancing full out and feeling stronger than before. If you’re a dancer dealing with an injury or even just trying to prevent one, this place is where you need to go. They just get it and are good about it. They’re not a typical PT place that only treats the symptoms, they treat the root cause and give you really easy ways to prevent and improve.

I dislocated my elbow, and lost all range of motion, which stopped me from dancing. Dr. Forum and Dr. Lauren managed to get me back on stage within a span of one month. They were very professional in their conduct while also managing to have a personal connection with their patients which definitely helps in recovery.

Truly grateful for E-Motion for teaching us, especially Dancers, not only about post-injury care but also about preventive care!

I was very skeptical to go for treatment after my last experience at another physical therapy location. But upon speaking to Lauren, my fears were at ease. Lauren came up with an exercise plan to minimize the pain until surgery. I went back after the surgery, and she has me now walking again (one step at a time.)

I am so grateful for Lauren and Foram for creating an environment that truly cares about getting you back to normal.

Foram is fantastic! i came in with a really stiff and painful neck as a result of bad posture while working out and she fixed it in 2 weeks! she works with you like a friend and her expertise really shows. also we love the massage therapist, Marion! highly recommend!!!
