Beautiful facility. Very nice physical therapy and gym upstairs. There are only four handicap parking spots close to the building. There needs to be way more considering how many people are going for ortho and physical therapy. I've also seen snow plowed halfway over some of the first parking spots after the handicap spots in the parking lot, so you can't use those either sometimes. If you eat at the cafe there and order avocado toast, you will get a bagel instead. The staff there is all friendly. Overall very nice, but they should fix the parking situation.

I visited ,as a guest back in January. What a wonderful little gem of a place. Saginaw and flint are 5x as large and don't have anything this nice. Clean, friendly, towels supplied, warm pool for swimming. I guess if I had a complaint, it would be the small pool. But hey, I just swim twice the Laps. I'll be back this month. I wish they accepted silver sneakers

I really like the gym. Everything is well taken care of, clean and new. The people that work there are very nice. They have free workout classes. They have a therapy pool. The indoor track is so nice for walking or jogging. The locker rooms are top notch. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash all conveniently free to use. Blow dyers lockers and bath suit spinners easy for your use. They will even take your blood pressure for free. They have extras like massage and personal trainers too for an extra fee. I love this place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the weekend hours are bad. They need to make at least Saturday until 9. But Sunday too would be nice. I would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I have been members from day 1. We love our workout there and have enjoyed several group fitness classes. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and know how to keep us motivated to do our best! Facilities are always clean and welcoming. We look forward to many more years at the Wellness Center.

I love this place. The workers are very helpful. I ask questions all the time and they always have answers. It isn't crowded and I feel comfortable there. There are classes included in your membership that you can use the app to sign up for. Overall this is the best to start working on feeling healthy.

This gym has been the perfect fit for us. Specific equipment initially drew us in, and we are so happy with our choice to join. Top notch classes if you want to join without pressure, plus the bonus of the Big Salad take out.

I have had my membership here for 4 months. I have found all the people here to be just great, whether working the front desk or teaching classes. The facility is beautiful and clean, the equipment is great and new items are being added. The pool is nice and warm as a therapy pool, so if you're looking for a cool dip not so much, but it's great for nonimpact exercise. I have tried many of the classes that have all been great (personal favorites are Tai Chi and Aqua Zumba-hoping that one comes back) and I used the free coach and I learned how to setup the weight machines for me. Love the walking track too. No matter your physical level they work with you. I am getting stronger and feeling better.

Had outpatient surgery here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained and even though I ask a lot of questions they didn't make me feel I was being annoying.

Updating to add that they called me the day after surgery to make sure I was recovering well and to see if I had any questions. A few days after surgery I got a nice card signed by the staff in same day surgery that day. I thought it was a nice personal touch, and definitely something I've never seen before.
