Superb spa experience. Everything you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable. Beautiful facilities. Me and my husband both had the infamous signature bamboo massage. Pricey but worth it. The masseuse was so in tune to your body and adapted as need be. The spa was very very quiet, we practically had the place to ourselves. Not sure if this is deliberate to make the experience feel special/exclusive, it was wonderful. Will be back.

Spectacular five star spa in London. Claridges itself being an institution, the spa is commensurate to the name. Glimmering post renovation, the place looks stunning with such fine details in the careful design of the space. I had a fantastic silk and bamboo experience and the staff could not have been kinder and more caring.

Great looking but average service and facilities. Lots of misunderstanding with the reception lady about trying to purchase a bathing suit. Steam and sauna facilities separated by sex, so if you go as a couple you can only use the swimming pool together. And the swimming pool is tiny, at 1.2 m only. I love the Claridges restaurants and bars but there are better spas in London.

Booked my fiancé for the signature bamboo treatment here. She said it was unbelievable.
The service, the treatment itself as well as the beautiful surroundings. She loved the sauna and swimming pool and treatment was divine. She seems way less stressed and can’t wait to go back.
We have been to quite a few spas in London & Dubai but she said this was by far the best.
She also loved the jasmine tea and red pears they fed her. 10/10 will be back

I saw Gigi today for a FaceGym facial treatment and not only was she incredible and kind - the treatment was so lifting and hydrating! I will definitely be back!

I had Sisley facial and body treatments here. They really are superb! The staff are very pleasant and professional. Worth a visit - but you must book, it gets so busy.
