This is undoubtedly the best spa in London now!
Having lived in London all my life and impartial to frequent treatments at the majority of 5* hotels in London, I would definitely recommend a treatment here.
When the Corinthia Hotel opened in 2011, I became a spa member and it really set the benchmark in terms of facilities and services. However, over the years, the facilities became tired and I just didn't enjoy it as much.
The spa at Raffles is not only stunning but the quality of decor and facilities is unparalleled to anything in London. I had a 90min deep muscle massage with Cassie and thoroughly enjoyed it. She was professional, warm and delivered a perfect massage. The products used were just divine!

All staff are wonderful and super courteous. Special mention to the lovely man that services the pool area, making you wonderful herbal drinks and just genuinly a lovely human that takes pride in his job! Absolutely impeccable service and really could not fault it!

As the hotel is relatively new, the spa is not super busy but I can imagine the "influencers" will soon be booking and ruining the atmosphere. So my advice is to go now before the "hype" spreads!

Truly wonderful experience and service really is to the highest standard. Just a few areas to improve would be the relaxation room used for pre and post treatment. The snack/fruit offering was limited and I didn't enjoy the tea on offer. However, that is probably due to the fact I am super fussy.
Nonetheless, the caffiene free signature tea offered on arrival was delicious and smelled amazing!

The room post treatment was a bit of a mess due to some very disrespectful guests but I informed reception and they were very apologetic. Other areas of the spa were immaculate and I couldn't fault it. Again, it's not only the facilities but the staff that make the experience an unforgettable one. Just hope the same standard of service continues as the spa matures! Cannot wait to return!

I had high hopes for the Guerlain Spa at Raffles London when booking the DUO SPA SUITE JOURNEY (3 hours) for £1,050. This was meant to be a luxurious and memorable experience for our anniversary, but sadly, it fell far short of expectations.

The suite we were assigned had a broken toilet, forcing us to leave the room multiple times to use one outside—an inconvenient and disruptive flaw, especially considering the price tag. This immediately set the wrong tone for what should have been a relaxing and seamless experience.

The treatments themselves were underwhelming. The facial was mediocre at best, lacking the finesse and results one would expect from a spa of this caliber. The body massage, while acceptable, was far from remarkable and felt like it belonged to an entirely different price bracket.

Adding to the disappointment, the spa’s ambiance didn’t match the allure of its promotional photos. The overall atmosphere felt less luxurious and polished than advertised, detracting from the sense of indulgence we had hoped for.

This was meant to be a special celebration, but unfortunately, it left us feeling let down. Guerlain Spa is certainly not a choice I’d recommend for an anniversary or couple’s escape, as the experience was neither relaxing nor worth the significant cost.

My sister and niece went to the Guerlin Spa on 10th January and each booked a tailor made treatment. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing and the customer service was exemplary. I had a facial and massage given by Rosaria, both of which were absolutely wonderful. Rosaria was professional, informative and completely charming. From arrival to departure, this felt like a truly special experience and many thanks to all the staff that contributed. The best spa in London, in my opinion, and would ? recommend.

Lovely couple room. The best service and top notch therapists. Guerlain products and treatments are divine. Our treatments ended with a fruit platter and organic alcohol free champagne. What a treat!

Where do I start! Not only was this the most beautiful spa I have ever visited, I had the most amazing massage from Cassie. She didn’t put a finger wrong, it was magical! The service throughout was impeccable, I couldn’t recommend it any more ? can’t wait to go back!
