I work in the cannabis industry and started using MedWell for my med card renewals several years ago because of their industry discount. In years past it has always been easy, quick and efficient. This year was an absolute nightmare. What's changed? I called 3 times and waited on hold for an hour each time but never got through. I emailed and a guy named Nick seemed helpful but in the end ghosted me and was no help at all. When I finally got through to a live person they had no record of the email I had sent with my industry documents. On the day of my appointment I attempted to join the virtual meeting and no one showed up. When I finally got through again the woman on the phone was so hard to understand due to her thick accent and inability to enunciate and not mumble that I had to ask to speak to someone else and she told me there was no other option and I had to speak to her. It was ridiculous and she had no idea what she was talking about. I asked for a refund but apparently that would take 10 days so i was forced to continue with my renewal anyway. The woman I finally saw for the appointment was also a nightmare and was very clearly sitting out in the open at a coffee shop type place with no patient privacy (HIPPA?) Needless to say I won't be using MedWell for my renewals moving forward but I will also stop referring my customers to MedWell and I have removed MedWell from all Mass Med Card information I hand out. I'd rather pay full price than deal with this nonsense again.

Very friendly and easy to talk to, Suzzy was a huge help and had a great attitude the whole time, definitely recommend The Brockton business if you’re looking for your medical card

I've called 3 times in less than 2 months for an allotment increase I applied for and every single time they tell me to wait for a confirmation email that I still have not received. Getting sick of this dodgy behavior, I absolutely do not believe the 4.8 rating you have with the customer service I've been shown.

This highlights my recent 5th consecutive recertification with MedWell. The first two were in office and the past three Telemedicine via phone. My July appointment was easy to book on the website with dates and times to select in short order. The staff was listed so that you could choose a preferred person and I recognized Lynn B from a prior year and selected her time slot. Lynn’s longevity with MedWell is nice for continuity and her knowledge and professionalism is much appreciated. Her questions, discussion, comments and suggestions were helpful. Lynn also made the interview comfortable, avoiding the anxiety that can accompany medical appointments. MedWell is highly recommended.
