I’m so happy that I visited Reset Wellness, and I already can’t wait to go back! My cousin and I booked a private room for contrast therapy; the sauna was spacious enough for two people to sit back, relax, and soak in the infrared light, while working up a good sweat. The showers were a great way to rinse off before getting into the cold plunge, and for a nice cooling shower after my session. The cold plunge.. wow! I think ours was 9 degrees and it felt so rejuvenating, that I can’t wait to cold plunge again! I loved the added touches of towels, lighting, and a soothing playlist of music to have in the background. I’m excited to go back and also try other services :). 10/10 experience.

Their Lymphatic Drainage Massages are incredible with the best results! I can’t get enough of them because of how convenient it is for location and how amazing the results are.

Not only are their massages incredible, their vitamin IV drips and shots are out of this world. I suffer with several stomach issues and the Repair IV drip has helped me tremendously.

I absolutely love coming to them and leave feeling amazing every single time! I can’t stress enough to my family and friends on how they need to go here for their services!

I really enjoyed my visit at Reset Wellness Club. This was my first time getting any type of treatment and everyone was so nice and very professional. When I arrived I was given a tour of their facility showing me the different rooms and where certain services were performed. Before treatment was started everything was explained to me in detail and she wanted to know what my expectations were. I am very satisfied with the results and plan on going back in the near future. Ayanna, who performed the treatment was excellent and I would highly recommend her.

I cannot thank the incredible staff at Reset for making my visits an incredible experience each and every time. I have been in a lot of discomfort in my back and knee areas, and after seeing my masseuse Christina, I felt much better and was able to walk with very little discomfort. I absolutely love this place! I live in NYC but visit the area often to see family and I try to make it to Reset every time I do. They offer so many ways to tend to my physical and mental health. It really does feel like a reset, an antidote to the inevitable stress of life. If I could make this a part of my weekly self care I would. The vibe is relaxing and elevated, and the staff are lovely. Here’s what I’ve done:

Sauna / cold plunge room (contrast therapy): this service alone is worth a membership - saunas and cold plunging alone are great for your health but doing them TOGETHER is even better. Having access to both allows you to cycle between the two. You really have to do them regularly to get the maximum health benefits but you also leave feeling amazing immediately.

float therapy: the experience of being weightless in the dark and silence (you do have the option for lights and music) was such a unique respite. If you’re in need of some real peace and quiet, this is it. It’s also super detoxifying, a great bonus.

Red light therapy: so many health benefits (my favorite being its ability to reverse signs of skin aging) and feels like you’re basking in the warmth of the sun.

Compression therapy: if you’re a human, your legs will benefit from these. I enjoyed them while lounging in a private area and was given a Theragun to use if I wanted.

Long story short - do yourself a favor and visit this wellness oasis - your body and mind will thank you!

This place is amazing. You’re always greeted with a smile. I’ve done the compression leg therapy a few times and also booked a float therapy session too. Highly recommend both!

My hair and skin felt smooth and hydrated when I did the float therapy. It’s nice and calming inside the pod as well as you float. I also experienced a great sleep that night after the session.

When I did the compression leg therapy, my legs felt so light and were less swollen. As a yoga teacher, as someone who’s always on her feet and works out, my legs can feel heavy quickly, so this is the best treatment. I always feel relaxed.
