Clean Spotless and well-run facility. The staff Sarah S & Arely was super friendly and hands-on with everything providing a thorough explanation of what to expect with the infrared sauna & the cyrotheray chamber and they were readily available at all times if needed. I will be going back.

I had a great experience from the beginning to the end of my treatment. The staff was friendly, and the nurse was very experienced; she accessed my vein right away. I will definitely return to this place and highly recommend it.

The services are good but the reception staff upon arrival both times I went here was less than helpful nor was she friendly. I don't appreciate a cold reception. When told I could go in for my sauna, no one offered to show me where it was. I didn't ask because I’m not keen to talk to people who seem wholly disinterested in me/customer service. I started later than scheduled due to a previous client's overstay. When I found the room and got in the sauna, I noticed there wasn't enough time so I had to get a robe on, go back out to find staff to fix the time. At the end as I got dressed, a different (maybe new) staff member knocked on the door with no pause and opened the door while I was still undressed and changing. She immediately apologized and closed the door but honestly, that should not happen. That door lock should work properly for this very reason.
When I went to reception to pay, it was someone different and they said I'd been checked out because the receptionist before her "thought you'd left already" and they charged my credit card which was a problem. I was planning to pay with a gift card I'd received from a family member. She apologized and credited back 2 sauna sessions but the whole thing was so unpleasant and stressful.
I decided to go back to use the gift card. The next time I went in, I had the same cold receptionist who walked around with attitude the first time. She seemed to wait to be told to clean up the front lounge area of someone's leftover mess while I filled out a form.
Thankfully the nurse Katie was friendly, competent and informative. She saved the experience there.
I suggest training the staff to be more customer-centered and friendly in order to make this a better experience for all.

It was my first experience with these kind of services! And yes, "FIRST IMPRESSIONS" do matter! The gentleman by the name of Todd was not only professional but kind and funny! He took the time to explain the services specially with the cryotherapy. I was anxious and somewhat nervous but he guided me through the whole process. I had pain in my lower back and right sacroiliac joint since Sunday. I couldn't pick up my right leg to take my sock off but after I was surprised that I did without difficulty and the pain went from a 7-8/10 to about a 1-2/10. Afterwards, he took the time to give me a tour of the facility and of all the services provided! I am extremely happy and I will be back for sure! Thank you Todd! ?

Wow! I’ve never been more impressed with a company, facility, list of services offered etc! My husband and I went for cryotherapy treatment for our anniversary. We were treated like family! It was one of the most fun, incredible experiences we had. Ryan was so kind and patient with us. Everyone was awesome! Can’t wait to get my membership and go back !

One of the best places I have visited. I've used facilities everywhere in Europe, The Gulf and India, but this Restore Hyper Wellness branch is absolutely superb. What makes it superb is the staff, especially Mark who was the reason we decided to give it a go. Brendan and Steve were absolutely brilliant, answering all the questions. Mark was so good at explaining things to us, he went above and beyond to develop a strong rapport with us and I believe he has the making of a very successful entrepreneur with his personality, intelligence, charisma and likeable character. I highly recommend this wonderful place as the sauna was excellent and will be trying out their other facilities soon.
