Wir sind gerade auf einer Gruppenreise durch die USA. Das Frühstück in diesem Hotel, war das schlechteste was wir hatten. Der Hamburger ?, - katastrophal. Ich reise viel, aber so ein Frühstück hatte ich noch nie.

Мені дуже сподобався клінінг, я проживала на другому поверсі 5 днів, в мене прибирала жінка з рудим волоссям,не пам'ятаю її ім'я, я дуже задоволена її роботою. Сподоалось облуговування жінки бармена, вона робить смачну каву, а хлопець на барі з ранку був грубий і не привітний, я хотіла поснідати,спитала його як зробити замовлення,він грубо відповів що сніданки не входять в сервіс готелю,нащо я відповіла що я знаю.Він сказав обирайте з меню,я спитала де його взять меню, він в мене його жбурнув..я не захотіла більше там снідати...Я один раз була на вечері ,про пройшло добре.

Service during check in was excellent, courteous and professional. On site bar and restaurant near the lobby was convenient as they streamed the boxing match. Property is laid out in a sprawling design with 3 floors including an elevator. The reason for 4 stars is because the rooms are badly dated including the restroom. It felt like 2004. The TV was small but allowed for streaming through the hotel interface screen. Location next to the outlets, mall, and Costco. Rooms are large in size overall. Shower heads were awful.

Plumbing was bad for two of our rooms for the three of us staying here. There is no free breakfast, snacks, or beer. They charged us for parking. They cost just as much as the other guys.

Everything else was fine, but you can probably find a better place to stay.

The rooms are very comfy with beds and television choices to watch. You have to ask for a microwave though if you want one. Mine never got delivered. They do have a food & bar downstairs but the food is outrageously expensive. They have pool & jacuzzi but full mostly. If you don't mind crowds it's ok. My son felt too far to walk to places which it was. They have river access but it sucks...nothing to look at. Plus also charge extra for parking by the day

This place annoyed me. Americano at the Bistro - price on the menu $4.50 - cashier charged me $5.96. It’s a small amount of money but I requested that the charge be reduced to reflect the price on the menu - the menu we were both looking at - He refused and stated his menu was out of date. I refused. I suggest you do the same. Don’t stay here.

There are only 4 stars because there is no microwave. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The couch didn't have the usual pillows, like the long lumbar pillow. The mattress was in great shape. This hotel provides a white/brown noise machine because it's backs up to a freeway.
