Wasn't my 1st time doing a cold plunge but was looking for a place a little closer to me. Recieved a promo during Indeoendence week and decided that it was time to try it out. Upon walking in, was greeted by JoJo. I love that there's so many different types of therapeutic resources to add to in the store before walking back. I've never seen a float and was thankful that the doors were open and JoJo gave a tour of the diff types of services. The rooms are super cute and has a esthetic feel to it. There's towels, hair ties, deodorant, robe and towel warmer waiting for you after you complete a service. Upon stepping in to the tub itself, it was unexpectedly MUCH colder than other places. I was questioning my life choices for a minute there. After I was done, JoJo told me that they keep it some degrees colder than other places. Knowing that I was going to be a little harder on my body, I had another scheduled later that week. I met Kyle (the owner) and he advised me on some of the different things they incorporate compared to other places. I speak HIGH volumes about the benefits of temperature controlled therapies to my friends and glad I was able to try ASW. Thanks for being local and for being centralized to the west of DFW airport whereas most are to the east of the airport. Recommended.

We were visiting Coppell for the weekend, and I decided to try Altered State Salt Bath for my first salt bath experience. The couple who runs the place was incredibly helpful and kind, which made the whole experience even better. The bath itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind!

Recieved a call as my mother and I pulled up with an unexpected electricity issue on their part. Not only were they friendly, they had amazing customer service. Both wife and husband were exceptional and accommodating. We waited for it to be fixed because we drive almost 2 hours to get here for the float therapy. First time here and all around was an incredible experience. Very knowledgeable, relaxing, and overall great experience. We are definitely recommending and coming back ♡

My husband brought me here as a surprise & Kyle was soo AMAZING , great conversation, awesome customer service and very easy to talk to!! You have to come here, my body feels so relaxed and I feel like I’ve spent a whole day at a spa. We spent an hour in the tank as a couple, we spent $100 for a 1 hour section and we spent another $30 on the CBD products.

I loved meeting Ollie too such a great dog, very well trained.

This was our first time ever doing float therapy! All I have to say is ZZZZZzzZzzzzzZz ? My husband suffers from terrible anxiety and myself from pain and inflammation. This was an amazing experience for us both. I love the idea for couples. But for those who have never tried and want to go with your partner on your first float, keep in mind if your partner snores or twitches when they are asleep, it will disturb your experience. We had a good laugh about it and both agreed that next time, we float separate! ❤️? Kyle was wonderfully energetic. You can see the passion he has for this therapy and his customers looking for something new. We will most definitely be back!!!

Super relaxing date! Wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to try floating for the first time. The facility was clean and Kyle was very kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I’ve ALWAYS wanted to do a float. My girlfriend booked us a surprise date! It was one of my most favorite experiences. Kyle - how do I adequately describe someone who encompass “Zen.” I immediately felt comfortable with him, the environment.. everything.. the moment we walked in. I was so excited I could barely stand it and he didn’t miss a beat.

The tank was clean, the experience of near complete removal of sensory stimulation was exactly what I needed. I was able to really get into a state of deep meditation, awareness and mindfulness.

Note: if you have any paper cuts or anything.. it WILL STING… but.. like stress and worry, it too will eventually calm down. I took it as an opportunity to sit without judgement, allow it to exist, and moved on about my meditative state.

This experience (for me) was right up there with scuba and skydiving. Thank you Kyle (and your wife!) for doing good work!

I absolutely love Altered States Wellness. Every time I go, I feel so welcome. Everyone there is kind and helpful. My favorite place to go for Sauna and Cold Plunge!!
