To say that Ben gives a great massage is such an understatement. He is a great listener and understands why your body is aching, thus he’s able to give a very customized massage. He often offers helpful advice and tips during the massage too. I went to him during and after my pregnancy. I think he’s the reason my pain has stayed so manageable during quite a stressful time for the back and other muscles. Don’t get me started on all the hunching of breastfeeding and crib leaning over! He’s also personable, professional and a great conversationalist. 5 stars!

Went for a prenatal massage. Tammy went above and beyond for me. She’s very gentle, caring and has Blessed hands. I left feeling uplifted, Relaxed and satisfied. I will recommend her to anyone. Dry calm tel I get environment as well.

I took my mom here for her birthday and she got a 90 minute massage from the owner Ben and she said it was amazing!!!! He really applied his knowledge of physical therapy into her session so it wasn't just a "run of the mill" massage.
He was also very friendly and professional!

Ben is outstanding!! I had reconstructive surgery on my hand and shoulder and Ben was a major part of my successful recovery. The massages allowed me to have a speedy and complete recovery. My orthopedic surgeon was very impressed with my recovery and what I was doing to regain the use of my hand and shoulder through physical therapy and the massages.

I highly recommend Ben and the Balance Wellness Center.

I've had several deep tissue massages from Deziree over the past few months. She consistently did an outstanding job and was very easy to communicate with. She had a number of great suggestions (e.g. specific exercises and stretching) that helped address various issues I was having.
It's obvious that she is a highly experienced & professional massage therapist who cares about her clients and improving their quality of life.
